The glass aisle is moving

Glass is where the movement is this week — four categories all climbing week-over-week, plus a kitchen set that quietly clears $350 when it's complete. Five fast picks, current prices, and the one detail that separates the cheap piece from the score.

1. Vintage Milk Glass ~$30

Milk glass is up 20% week-over-week on eBay, currently selling around $29.99 at the median. Our users are actively scanning it right now — hen-on-nest dishes, pedestal compotes, Fire-King pieces — which tells you supply is hitting the floor. The ceiling is real: early Atterbury and signed Fenton clear $300+. Pull anything with a mark before you price it cheap.

2. Vintage Anchor Hocking ~$20

Anchor Hocking is up 10% week-over-week, with the median currently around $19.71. Our users are scanning it at the shelf right now, which means competition for the good stuff is real. Uranium glass and complete sets are the outliers — those clear $350+. Check under a blacklight before you walk away from a piece.

3. Fenton Glass ~$45

What our users are hunting this week

Fenton is the most-scanned brand in our data over the last 14 days, with a median around $45. Our users are hunting hobnail boots, slippers, and clear crystal pieces — the kind of thing that gets passed over at estate sales. The ceiling sits with early signed pieces and rare hobnail variants, which run $300+. The signature is everything: no mark, no premium.

4. Vintage Blenko Glass ~$60

Blenko is up 9% week-over-week, currently moving around $60 at the median — already the highest floor of any glass category in this week's data. The real money is in Husted-era architectural pieces in rare colors, which reach $2,000+. Shape and color are the tells; unsigned common pieces still sell, but the spread on the right find is enormous.

5. Sears Merry Mushroom ~$48

Merry Mushroom is up 5% week-over-week, currently around $48 at the median. Individual pieces move steadily, but complete canister sets are where the money concentrates — those clear $350. If you see a partial set, price it to move and let a collector finish it; if you see a complete one, hold it together.
