Do I need a credit card to start the Pro trial?

No. Every new MarketplaceIQ account gets a 14-day Pro trial automatically — no credit card required. After 14 days, your account reverts to Free unless you upgrade.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep full access through the end of your billing period.

What's the difference between Plus and Pro?

Plus gives you 75 scans/month and label recognition for $7.99/month — great for casual resellers. Pro gives you unlimited scans, the profit calculator, and price tracking for $16.99/month — built for full-time resellers and anyone scanning more than 75 items a month.

Is there a refund if I'm not satisfied?

All subscription charges are non-refundable. The 14-day Pro trial is designed to let you fully evaluate the service before paying. See our Refund Policy for details.

How much can I save with annual billing?

What happens to my scans if I downgrade?

Your account continues at the new tier's monthly limit going forward. Scan history retention follows your new tier (Free has no history, Plus 7 days, Pro 30 days).
